What we collect when you contact us, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
When you send the estimate request form we receive the name, email address, phone number, city and project description you type into it. We do not ask for and do not want payment details, government identification numbers or health information. Nothing on this site requires you to create an account.
Why we hold it
We use what you send for one purpose: replying to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, running your shower project. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for an estimate.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in this site’s hosted database and delivered to our email. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer you. We keep enquiry records while a project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and reference purposes, then remove them.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run cross-site tracking pixels. Standard server logs recording requests, approximate location and browser type may be kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
Your choices
Email hello@contractorinidaho.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you have asked us to delete an enquiry, we will do so unless we are required to keep a record of completed work.
